NashTech becomes Run for Vietnam 2020’s bronze sponsor – an annual run for charity organized by Britcham

2020 sees a major ongoing global pandemic, causing both economic recessions in some countries and depression in other parts of the world. Every aspect of our life has been significantly impacted and disadvantaged communities are more vulnerable than ever.
Bearing that in mind, NashTech always seeks to assist and share the burdens with those in need during this disruptive period. We are lucky enough to have a long-lasting partnership with British Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (BritCham Vietnam) – an entity that holds the same values as we do and this year, we are delighted become one of the sponsors at their run for charity.

Run for Vietnam 2020

Run for Vietnam is an annual fund-raising event held by BritCham Vietnam with the main purpose of serving several charitable causes including education, healthcare, wildlife protection and helping those less privileged.

With a long-standing and entrenched profile, Run for Vietnam is the biggest and most anticipated run for charity in Vietnam with over 120,000 runners and 12 billion VND raised over the years.

Notably, the funds raised by the event this year will not only contributed to organisations with backgrounds in aforementioned fields such as Pacific Links Foundation, Bong Sen Scholarship, Operation Smiles, to name a few, but a proportion of the funds will also be used for Covid-19 urgent support at the Vietnam Young Physician’s Association, Cloud Native Computing Foundation, Saigon Children’s Charity and Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation.
